What shipping options do you offer to the US? We provide the following shipping methods:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging.
How do I return an item? Log into your account, go to “Orders”, select the item you want to return, and follow the instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are there items that cannot be returned? For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and any items where the hygienic protection has been removed are non-returnable.
